Course Description | This introductory course provides students with basic knowledge and skills to perform foundational digital literacy tasks using a personal computer and a range of software applications and digital devices. Students develop basic computer configuration and maintenance skills and learn how to effectively work and resolve information technology issues. They also develop their understanding of safe and sustainable work practices and apply technical knowledge and skills to the use of a range of software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and social media tools. |
