Course Description | The skills you gain from this short course allows you to work in a variety of administrative roles, using some discretion while providing technical advice and support to a team. You can work in areas including Health, Retail and Government Administration.
Use the advanced features of computing programs to create desktop published documents, spreadsheets, electronic presentations and word-processed documents. Gain attention to detail as you write, create and proofread business documents such as letters, minutes of meetings and reports.
The units are all very practical and some are self-paced. They will give you a good grounding in order to prepare you for future employment in an administrative role. |
