DescriptionThe FBP20117 Certificate II in Food Processing - Tailored as an introduction to Café, Sales & Barista is ideal for students wishing to pursue a career in the food or hospitality industry. Roasting coffee, barista skills, sweet & savoury food preparation, food safety, hygiene & HACCP as well as customer service & presentation are all covered in detail. This qualification is completed over one semester, these include both practical and theory components. Students are also required to complete 30 hours of Vocational Placement & Individual Learning Assignments which contribute towards their overall qualification.
